This is technically my 3rd year at WMAES. I started as an English and Social Studies teacher way back in 2003. After one year there were certification changes for teachers and I ended up working in non-profit, philanthropy, editing, and writing for about 15 years. I came back last year teaching 6th and 7th grade ELA, and I’m back this year for my third year.

When I’m not here, I’m spending time with my husband and our four kids. We love going to museums, swimming, exploring nature, playing card games, and experiencing whatever adventures we can find
